Loss of woman overboard on cruise ship 'tragic' but not suspicious, police conclude

A P&O cruise ship docks in Brisbane this morning two days after a search in the South Pacific fails to find the 47-year-old women who detectives say was lost overboard in a “tragic set of circumstances”.
