Ipswich council labelled 'outlaw gang' in Parliament, sacking imminent as laws pass

Ipswich City Council will be sacked tomorrow, after Queensland Parliament approves a bill giving the Local Government Minister dismissal powers in response to fraud and corruption allegations.
