Prepare for severe storm

Police are encouraging residents in the Moreton Bay Regional Council area to be storm ready ahead of the severe storm which is predicted to hit the area for the later part of this week, particularly late this evening into Friday.
The current Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) predictions show heavy rainfall in excess of 200mm and damaging winds could be experienced.
